Lisa V. Thompson, DDS — Experienced Dental Practice Consultant

The recipient of a doctor of dental surgery from the Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC, Lisa V. Thompson, DDS, completed a general practice dental residency at Saint Elizabeths Hospital and a surgical externship at MedStar Washington Hospital Center before beginning her career as a general dentist associate. She worked for three years on a rotating basis at various practices and subsequently began focusing on mentoring colleagues in areas including practice management and team building. Lisa V. Thompson, DDS, offered these and other services to practices including Bel Alton Regional Dental Center, Children’s National Hospital of Washington DC and Prince George’s County Department of Health.

With more than 15 years of business consulting experience in the healthcare sector, Dr. Thompson provides hands-on services to enhance productivity and sustainability. Complementing her experience in this regard, she has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education programs in executive leadership, aesthetic/cosmetic dentistry, and practice management.

In addition to her consulting work, Lisa V. Thompson, DDS, served as owner and CEO of LVT Dental Center for 12 years. She managed all corporate responsibilities for the five-chair, 2,600-square-foot facility and also performed procedures including orthodontics, implant and laser dentistry, and prosthodontics. At present, she concurrently serves in executive roles with Pharm Envee/Digital Envee and Test Our Nation and continues her consulting work through ThomRobi Advisors.
